A compressed sofa gives you the comfort of a full-size sectional without the hassle of moving one. It arrives in compact packaging that is easier to carry through elevators, narrow hallways, and apartment doors — especially useful for renters and city living. Its lighter construction also means you usually don't need several people to move it into your home. Once unpacked, the foam expands into a full-size sofa with a soft, deep, relaxed feel. Compared with many traditional frame-based sectionals, the foam construction feels less rigid and more lounge-friendly.
