Check package weights when arranging carrying help. Move the sealed packages into the room before unwrapping; the expanded sofa will need more space.

After approval, contact a carrier within 3 calendar days to arrange the return. Opened sofas remain eligible if clean, complete, and undamaged beyond normal unpacking. Change-of-mind packing and return shipping are customer-paid, with no restocking fee. We cover applicable replacement sections for verified damage, defects, or incorrect items. If the whole sofa must be returned to resolve that verified issue, Ultione arranges and pays for packing, pickup, and return transportation.
