Change-of-mind packing and return shipping are customer-paid, with no restocking fee. We cover applicable replacement sections for verified damage, defects, or incorrect items. If the whole sofa must be returned to resolve that verified issue, Ultione arranges and pays for packing, pickup, and return transportation.
